You are welcome to return an item within 7 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused and safely tucked inside its original packaging.

Once your returned item has reached us, we will carefully inspect it before processing your refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please note that personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned, as these special pieces are created especially for you.

We know how special Tonie adventures become in your family’s everyday moments, which is why we offer additional exchange options for Tonie products.

Toniebox Faulty-Product Guarantee

Smallies World is an independent Retailer of the Tonies Products. Therfore we provide our own guarantee services.

Toniebox Return Policy

We offer a one-year exchange guarantee on Tonieboxes that develop a fault. The Toniebox will be inspected before an exchange is approved.

Unopened Tonies

Unopened Tonies may be exchanged in full within one month of purchase, provided they remain unused and sealed in their original packaging.

Opened Tonies

Opened Tonies, that are still functional, may be returned for Smallies World in-store credit. The amount of credit offered will depend on the condition of the Tonie following inspection and will be determined at Smallies World’s discretion.
